Casa Baciocca
Casa Baciocca is a typical, simple Ticino-style "Rustico" (60 m²) located in a very quiet and sunny area in beautiful Orselina, offering a fantastic view of Locarno and Lake Maggiore. The house is centrally located and features a garden with a pergola, grill, and Ticino granite table. There is also a balcony with a stunning view. Electric heating is available.
Layout: Casa Baciocca is spread over two floors. The upper floor includes a living/dining room with a sofa bed for two people (with doors to the balcony) and a small kitchen. There is a bathroom with a shower and sink, and a small separate toilet.
The lower floor features a bedroom with two single beds pushed together and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.
Please note: The two floors are connected by an external staircase. Please note: Casa Baciocca has no WiFi. A dog is allowed in Casa Baciocca. Smoking is not allowed inside but is permitted on the terrace. Casa Baciocca has a private parking space.
The house is fully equipped with a flat-screen TV, Cablecom digital TV, satellite receiver or Bluewin TV (including all German-speaking channels), DVD player, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, washing machine, etc.
Please note: Soap, bath, and kitchen towels are not provided, so please bring your own. Thank you!
