Casa Santa Barbara is a beautiful house with 2 flats. On the upper 2 floors of the "Santa Barbara house" is your property (3 room flat) with its own private entrance. This "rustico", in true Ticino style, is masterfully renovated, modern/rustic with lots of chestnut wood and a typical stone roof. It offers a fantastic 270° view of Lake Maggiore, the Magadino plain and the mountains. The view is 25 km to the left and 20 km to the right.
Casa Santa Barbara is located in the centre of the village of Brione (on the church square), where you will also find bus stops, village restaurants, "grotto", children's playground, and village hall. Directly opposite you will also find a bakery, open 7 days a week (from spring to autumn) until *contact info removed* with delicious pastries and other daily products.
Ideal Occupancy: 2-3 people, not suitable or allowed for 4 people or more. Especially suitable for couples.
Rental: Saturday to Saturday with a minimum of 7 days. Please contact us if you want to book very short term stays within the Sat - Sat rule, minimum 4 days (only applies to Feb and Mar and for Sept and Nov).
